I had a little bit of confusion with the purchase due to user error and the customer support was absolutely amazing, so quick and by the time I asked about it the order was already packed! Now for the best part:This slow feeder feels amazing with the material, cleans so well in the dishwasher, I love filling the slow feeder, creating different patterns and adding little creative additions to make it look pretty and exciting for Indie. It’s absolutely amazing and it’s now both our favourite slow feeder! No teeth marks or chunks taken out yet and has a phenomenal suction for those that love to pick it up and run! 10/10 want to buy a second one already! 😍
