Private Shopping Session

A calm, dedicated in-store experience for dogs who need a little extra space.

Our Private Shopping Session is designed for dogs who feel anxious, reactive, easily overwhelmed, or simply prefer a quieter shopping environment.

During your scheduled time, we reduce in-store traffic to create a calmer setting so your pup can explore, sniff, and shop at their own pace. Our goal is to make every visit feel safe, positive, and stressfree, especially for sensitive dogs.

Muzzles are welcome, and all dogs must remain on leash at all times. 

A $20 booking fee is required to secure your Pup Visit.

  • $10 will be store credit during your visit
  • The remaining $10 covers the dedicated private/time reserved for your dog.
  • Maximum of 2 dogs per appointment.
  • An additional $5 fee applies per extra dog (up to 2 dogs total).
    Additional dog fees are non-refundable.
Booking & Rescheduling Policy
  • Private Shopping Session must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, including no shows, are non-refundable

This policy allows us to properly prepare the space and allocate dedicated time for each pup.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience
  • If your dog is experiencing high stress on the day, we completely understand, just let us know in advance to reschedule
  • We’re proud to create a space where every dog, especially the sensitive ones, can feel comfortable and welcome.

What is dehydrated treats?

Dehydrated treats is a process which remove moisture from meat/vegetables using warm air, preserving nutrients for a healthy and delicious option. 

Are you products homemade in Australia?

Yes, Every single bag of our treats are homemade with our very own two hands. We want the best for our pups and so do we want yours. We sourced our products locally.

How are your treats made?

We hand picked all our products to ensure they are the best to use. Every pieces are thoroughly checked, cleaned, removed unwanted bit.

Are your treats made with natural ingredients?

Yes! We use only high-quality, natural ingredients with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

Are your treats safe for pets with allergies or sensitivities?

We offer hypoallergenic options. Treats like Crocodile, Rabbits, Turkey, Kangaroo are great for pets with allergies or sensitivities. Please consult your vet before introducing new treats if your pet has known allergies.

Are your treats made with human-grade ingredients?

Many of our treats are made with human-grade ingredients, though they are still formulated for pet consumption only.

What is a good treat for training?

We recommend treats that can be easily break apart and required less chewing for training. For example, livers treats, kangaroo jerky, beef jerky, chicken fillets, fish fillets and etc. 

Can I give these treats to puppies or senior pets?

Yes, but we recommend choosing products labeled specifically for puppies or senior pets, as they may have different nutritional needs.

I have a puppy, what treats are good for them?

As puppies, we recommend soft chew or training treats as they are easily to digest. 

We don't recommend hard chew if they have not yet change their teeth.

If they have fully change their teeth, they are allow to have hard treats but take it slow. We recommend 1 hard chew treat a week to begin with. 

Are your treats grain-free or gluten-free?

We offer both grain-free and gluten-free options. Each product’s packaging lists detailed ingredients.

Can we leave our dog unattended when they are having treat?

No, we do not recommend leaving your dog alone while they are having their treat as some treats can cause choking hazards. Therefore, always supervised your dog while they are having treats.

How should I store the treats?

Keep treats in a cool, dry place. Some products may require refrigeration after opening. Please refer to the packaging for details.

What is the shelf life for your products?

As a dog owner, we do not like leaving our treats sitting on shelf for too long. Just like human, you would not like to have food that is too old. So we only stock our treats with a shelf life of 12 months.
