Dehydrated Duck Giblets are here to bring joy to your dog!

Duck giblets/gizzard is a muscular and thick-walled organ found in the duck's stomach, assisting in the digestion of solid food. When you feel duck giblet, it has a tough texture. This helps your dog cleaning their teeth while chewing.

Benefits of Duck Giblets for your dog:

  1. High Protein Content: Giblets are rich in protein, which is vital for muscle development, tissue repair, and overall growth in dogs.

  2. Rich in Vitamins: Duck giblets, especially the liver, are packed with essential vitamins such as A, B vitamins (B2, B6, B12), and folic acid. Vitamin A supports vision, immune function, and skin health, while B vitamins are crucial for energy metabolism and nervous system function.

  3. Mineral-Rich: These organs provide important minerals like iron, zinc, phosphorus, and copper. Iron is essential for the production of red blood cells, while zinc supports the immune system and skin health.

  4. Taurine Source: The heart is a good source of taurine, an amino acid that is important for cardiovascular health and proper function of the eyes and muscles in dogs.

  5. Healthy Fats: Giblets contain beneficial fats that provide a concentrated source of energy and help in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K).

  6. Palatability: Many dogs find giblets highly palatable, which can be useful for encouraging eating in picky dogs or as a special treat.

Love these

I love that these take Nico a little longer to chew on so it’s the perfect treat for when I’m leaving the house without her. It’s an added bonus that it’s good for her little teefies.
